RJ3 Consultants LLC ("we", "us") operates the Precision AI Solutions assessment and reporting service.

- Assessment responses: answers you provide during the free assessment, including business details and operational practices.
- Contact information: name, business name, email, and (optionally) phone number when you request a report or verification.
- Uploaded documents: files you submit to the verification portal.
- Payment information: handled directly by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and timestamps captured for security, fraud prevention, and consent records.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To generate your reports and deliver the services you request.
- To process payments and maintain records of consents and transactions.
- To communicate with you about your account, reports, and the service.
- To improve and secure our systems, including de-identified analysis.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. AI Processing
Your assessment responses and uploaded documents may be processed by third-party large language model providers to generate reports. We require these providers to handle data under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. We do not authorize them to use your content to train public foundation models.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: (a) service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, payments, AI inference, email delivery); (b) law enforcement or regulators when legally required; and (c) parties to a business transfer (with notice to you).
6. Data Retention
We retain assessment data, reports, uploaded documents, and consent records for as long as needed to provide the services and meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us; we will honor the request except where retention is required by law.

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The services are intended for use by business operators and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
