By accessing or using the website, assessment, or reports provided by RJ3 Consultants LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the services.
We offer (a) a free business and AI-readiness assessment with an on-screen results summary, (b) a paid AI-generated Detailed Report containing findings and recommended corrective actions, and (c) a paid Validation Report that reviews alignment between your self-reported information and supporting documents you provide. All deliverables are informational only.
Reports, scores, recommendations, and any other content delivered through the services are for general informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, compliance, regulatory, investment, or any other professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional before acting on anything in our reports.
Reports are generated, in whole or in part, by artificial intelligence models analyzing information you provide. AI output may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You are responsible for independently verifying any content before relying on it.
The Validation Report assesses whether the materials you upload are consistent with what you self-reported in the assessment. It is not an audit, certification, attestation, accreditation, or guarantee of any kind. We make no representation that any business, practice, system, or claim is compliant with any law, regulation, standard, or contract.
All fees are payable in advance via our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable once report generation or document review has begun, except where required by law. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the amounts displayed at checkout.
You retain ownership of materials you submit. You grant RJ3 Consultants LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and analyze your submissions for the purpose of delivering the services, improving our systems (in de-identified form), and complying with law.
You agree not to: misrepresent your identity or business; submit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the services; or use the services to make decisions that materially affect a third party's legal rights without independent professional review.
THE SERVICES AND ALL REPORTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RJ3 Consultants LLC AND ITS PRINCIPALS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR ANY REPORT, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RJ3 Consultants LLC from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
